Spent today checking over the layout, a few points being a bit difficult in the warm and lots of track cleaning required. Took the opportunity to test out a couple of the new N Gauge Society Hunslets as the layout was designed for these. All worked ok and I’m back to ensuring that the Dapol couplings on the Farish Presflo’s are fitted and tuned properly. As the presflos predate NEM coupling boxes fitting the Dapol couplings requires a bit of fettling to get them to fit and not droop.
